Properties located on Perry Ridge will be without water today as we wait for parts to come in for mainline repairs. We expect repairs to be taken care of over the weekend. The rest of the community now has irrigation water.
As the sprinklers fire up, we want to send a kind reminder that Mother Nature has provided significant moisture to your lawn during early spring. Click here for an informational document featuring steps you should take when starting your sprinklers to ensure that your system is functioning properly and efficiently.

International Save the Frogs Day is Sunday, April 28. It is the biggest world event to promote amphibian education and conservation action. According to Colorado Parks and Wildlife, there are 16 species of frogs in Colorado, and despite our extreme weather, they have adapted well to the climate. Some species, like boreal toads and wood frogs, will try to find abandoned burrows where they can hibernate in the winter. Other species, like leopard frogs, will dig a hole at the bottom of a lake and spend the winter there. What can you do to help protect our native frogs? Provide a frog habitat in your garden. They eat nearly all garden pests, like slugs, moths, beetles, and mosquitos. In summer, they need some cool damp soil, shelter, and a small shallow water source. And of course, a garden with no pesticides or herbicides. These mostly nocturnal creatures will reward you by leading the charge on pest control in your garden

Please be advised that herbicide application will take place in the Old Town, Settlement Neighborhoods and common areas on Monday, May 6 through Friday, May 10. These dates are subject to postponement due to weather.
