Realtors® interested in becoming an IFA Ambassador or Preferred Partner for 2026 are invited to submit their application using the links below no later than August 1, 2025.

Preferred designation icon that can be shared on social media and other platforms
- Top Priority listing on IFA's website
- Exclusive marketing benefits, including social media spotlights and more
|
- Submit at least one review of a homebuyer assisted with an IFA mortgage (year to date 2024)
- Submit at least four marketing efforts that promoted IFA programs (year to date 2025).
- Attend the annual Half-Day Training at HousingIowa Conference in Cedar Rapids on September 4
- Attend the virtual quarterly trainings

Realtor® must have a minimum of three current and consecutive years of experience originating IFA loans (Please note: current is defined as actively originating FirstHome and/or Homes for Iowans within the last six months)
- Must uphold standard of excellence, as determined by IFA, in customer service, pre and post loan package delivery, program compliance and competency and partnerships
