• The Continuing Undergraduate Application for 2025-26 campus housing opens January 27, 2025 and closes February 13, 2025 for priority consideration. Applications received after the priority deadline will be considered after the new student process concludes.
  
  Join University & Community Housing for virtual workshops and in-person rental fairs to learn more about housing options:
  Housing 101 Virtual Sessions (Zoom): January 15 & 30, 5-6 p.m.
  Rental Fairs: January 22 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in Storke Plaza;  February 10 from 5-7 p.m. in Corwin Pavilion; March 12 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in Storke Plaza; April 9 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in Storke Plaza
  
  Students and parents can also explore options for living on campus and in the community by watching the recorded Housing 101 Webinar offered earlier this quarter.
  
  
• Registration is open for the Family Vacation Center, an all-inclusive summer destination where families and friends gather to enjoy activities, relaxation, and connection in beautiful Santa Barbara. From poolside activities to memorable campfire nights, it’s a getaway like no other. Plus, your UCSB student could also spend their summer working here as a counselor, gaining valuable experience while becoming part of an incredible summer tradition.
  
  
• During the season of giving, we extend a heartfelt thanks to all of our parents who generously supported the University this year. • Join us in celebrating the Class of 2025 at Commencement! We encourage graduation candidates, family and friends to review the important information and resources on the Commencement website. 
  
  Students declaring degree candidacy in 2025 are invited to participate in a ceremony based on their major. Step-by-step instructions on how to make a reservation and claim guest tickets will be emailed to eligible students during winter quarter. Each graduate participating is allotted eight (8) guest tickets for family and friends.
