A board of trustees is an appointed group of individuals that have responsibilities for a level of management or oversight of an organization. Each board is different. While they can vary in size and scope of responsibility, they are generally there as representatives of the organization's stakeholders or members.

At the ASRS, we have a Board of Trustees, which also make up multiple committees, each of which meets in public meetings throughout the year that you can watch live online or in person.
