Cross Country Media Credential Information
Media and schools that plan to cover the 2025 State Cross Country may apply for credentials by clicking here. The deadline to request credentials is 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 27. When requesting credentials, please list all the individuals covering the meet, along with the schools you are following. Media credentials are valid for both days of the State Meet.
Media representative who that possess IHSAA and/or the IGHSAU tournament passes do not need to request additional credentials.
School publications: Schools may request media credentials for one student and one school-employed media representative (this includes videographers, social media managers or yearbook/student newspaper). Please use the link above to apply.
Entry: Approved names will be added to the parking list at the park entrance. Media with the IHSAA or IGHSAU state tournament passes will be admitted into the parking area. Please follow directions from volunteer staff to designated parking areas.
Workspace: Please visit the white media tent near the clubhouse to receive a complimentary program and, if necessary, cross country-specific media passes to access the finish line. Please note that cellular service is limited and there is no clubhouse access. Media members are not permitted on the awards deck during award presentations.
