Fresh ginger has arrived at the market for the season, brought to you by our friends at Emadi Acres! This tall, leafy root is known for its punchy flavor and many uses in the kitchen; it's perfect for teas, stir-fries, smoothies & juices, and more. Not only does fresh ginger add a punch, it’s also packed with health benefits like aiding digestion and boosting immunity. The tender greens on young ginger roots are edible too—use them as a garnish, steep into your favorite hot tea, or toss some into a quick sauté for extra flavor. Stop by Emadi Acres’ booth at Mueller this Sunday and grab some fresh ginger root to spice up your cooking this week!

We're so excited to welcome Meza Franco Pottery to Bell, starting this Saturday! Chad Franco is the creative force behind Meza Franco, where each piece of clay pottery is thoughtfully hand-thrown and finished with signature marbled glazes, hand-carved details, and earthy, food-safe colors. Inspired by his passion for natural building and sustainable materials — like cob, adobe, and natural plasters — Chad brings that same connection to the earth into every Meza Franco creation.

Originally from San Luis Obispo, California, Chad led natural building and clay workshops before moving to Austin to start Meza Franco. Today, his work blends form, function, and sustainability, with no two pieces exactly alike.

From mugs and tumblers to bowls and pendants, Meza Franco pieces are made to be used, loved, and admired. Check them out at TFM Bell!
