NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Country rap newcomer Orion Nyles (3rd King Entertainment) announces the remixed release of his original song, "Long Way From Home (8/26),” the second unique artistic pairing between Nyles and powerhouse vocalist Brandon Chase (a Top 20 contestant on season five of the hit NBC series The Voice). Co-written by Nyles and Chase and produced by Justin Morgan, the original tune is AVAILABLE NOW on all streaming platforms.
Built around a mellow, twangy guitar progression, “Long Way From Home (8/26)” pairs country-rooted instrumentation with modern hip-hop percussion and bass. The track offers a more understated take on Nyles’ signature country rap sound, driven by an easygoing rhythm that positions his rapid-fire delivery as a standout. Chase’s gritty, melodic vocals provide a complementary contrast to Nyles’ quick-paced verses, creating a seamless alliance of country and rap while creating a distinct sonic identity.
The tune follows the journey of leaving behind a familiar hometown in pursuit of something beyond the county line.
