GVSU Recreation - Get Involved, Be Active, Live Healthy

Happy New Year, Lakers!

Start your 2018 year off right! In setting your new year’s resolutions, think “SMART” about your goals. Make sure they're specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic, and timely.
“Life isn’t meant to be easy; it’s meant to be LIVED. Sometimes happy, other times rough… But with every up and down, you learn lessons that make you strong.”
BE STRONG and BE WELL in 2018!

- Amy Campbell, Associate Director of Fitness & Wellness
