Refreshed & Renewed Vision and Mission Statements

2020 was certainly a dynamic year for the population health management profession. As the substantial changes to our field began to take shape, PHA leadership revisited our strategic plan. A dynamic collaboration between PHA's Strategic Planning Committee, led by Chair Anand Iyer PhD, MBA, in collaboration with the PHA Board of Directors and with substantial input from PHA Members at-large culminated in a refreshed and renewed Vision and Mission for PHA. While the path forward is constantly evaluated and adjusted for optimal success, the ultimate goal of promoting the practice, science, and skills of population health management and improving outcomes and experiences for the consumers we serve will remain our central purpose at PHA.
Pop Health has never been more important. Welcome to a new year!
