We are deeply grateful for the incredible generosity you have shown so far in support of our 2025 Stewardship Campaign.
As of today, we have received a total of $2,816,326 from 357 households—what a remarkable response! This surpasses last
year’s pledges at this time, which totaled $2,548,691 from 344 households. Every gift, no matter the size, brings us closer to our goal of $3,600,000. It’s a powerful reminder that it’s not about the amount, but the heart behind each pledge. Your commitment supports ministries that inspire us to live out Christ’s command to love one another, and it is a beautiful expression of gratitude for God’s ongoing presence and faithfulness in our lives. Let us all reflect on how Westminster serves as a beacon to our members and to the broader community—how the ministries here sustain us, bring us joy, and deepen our trust in God. Think about how Westminster has helped your own faith grow and how the church has been a place where you’ve encountered God’s love. Christianity, Mass Incarceration, and Transformative Justice
The last 50 years of institutional punishment, described as Mass Incarceration, have shown that punishment as retribution through incapacitation neither deters
crime, rehabilitates offenders, nor satisfies the offended as declared. Christian practices of restorative
and transformative justice offer alternative models of punishment that place persons in communities, communities in systems, and systems in accountability to human flourishing. We will examine in one short hour the vision of justice in scripture, the history of penal justice in America, and the role of transformative justice in punishment and restoration, as well as our faith-obligated place in them.

Back to Basics: Bible •

NEW LOCATION
Westminster is launching a new series of Sunday School classes to help us get back to the basics! This fall, we’ll start with an introduction to the Bible. We’ll explore what exactly the Bible is including its structure and history as well as spend time learning about and interpreting various texts together. Attendees will become familiar with the Bible and its contents and develop the skills and understanding so they can comfortably read and interpret Scripture.

SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN | 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
Two-year-olds through Kindergarten go directly to their classrooms in the preschool hallway.
First through third grades come to the Chapel at 9:45 a.m. and are picked up down the hall in their classrooms.
Fourth and fifth grades sign in on the first floor of the Wilson wing and then go upstairs to their classroom.
