Salmon Library: Finals Recharge Brings Back Therapy Dogs, Food, and Crafts!

The Salmon Library will kick off Finals Recharge Spring 2023 this Sunday with Zentangle Art & Relaxation. During the week of finals themselves the library will have a double session of Therapy Dogs on Monday, Pizza & Chicken on Tuesday, and finishing off with a Pancake & Waffle Bar on Wednesday. 

As always, the Finals Recharge events are free to UAH students while supplies last. 

NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, Therapy Cat-Urday, originally advertised for this Saturday (April 22) had to be cancelled. Therapy Dogs are still scheduled, however.

Library, First Floor.

Take a break from finals stress and relax a moment! Zentangle art is super easy and a great way to quiet your mind and relax for a few minutes. It's as simple as drawing lines or shapes on a page. Stop by anytime during the event. All materials provided (while supplies last).

Monday, April 24, 2023. 
Morning Session: 10am to Noon.
Afternoon Session: 1pm to 3pm.
Library, First Floor

Therapy Partners will return to the Salmon Library and bring their therapy dogs to hang out with students on the first day of finals. Pet a pup or just join us and hang out with the furry companions. 

Note, there will be a Morning (10am to 12pm and an afternoon (1pm to 3pm) session. You are 100% allowed to visit both. We do not mind (and the dogs love it). 

Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Noon to 1pm. 
Library, First Floor.

Lunch is on us! Take a break from studying and come by the library first floor to get a slice of pizza and some free chicken. Free to UAH students while supplies last.

Wednesday, April 26, 2023. 9am to 11am. 
Library, First Floor.

The library will provide the waffles and pancakes (and toppings), you come by and eat. All free to UAH students while supplies last. Help us wrap up Finals ReCharge with this tasty treat.
