STUDENT LIFE PRE-COMMENCEMENT CELEBRATIONS
| |
In addition to university-wide Commencement and school graduation ceremonies, NYU Student Life Pre-Commencement Celebrations provide an intimate setting that allows students to celebrate their achievements and the cultural communities to which they feel a sense of belonging, and, as part of the interconnected NYU community, each ceremony is open to all students. Celebrations include the Black Student Celebration, the LGBTQ+ Student Celebration, and many more. These ceremonies are still being planned, check the website for more updates to come.

NYU FEMALE FOUNDERS FELLOWSHIP

The NYU Female Founders Fellowship is an award-winning initiative that provides a community for entrepreneurs at NYU who are committed to advancing gender equity in entrepreneurship. Upon graduation, Fellows are also invited to apply for student loan alleviation grants of up to $30,000. May 13, 2024 is the application deadline. You can also attend upcoming info sessions and learn more about the fellowship.

NYU Wagner Alumnus Quemuel Arroyo has been recognized with a New York State legislative resolution for contributions to New Yorkers as a Dominican-American advocate for the disability community.
