We hope to see you at Family Fun Day on Sept. 20! Our biggest event of the year brings together over 30 local organizations to support your family in building healthy habits.
Move: there will be many stations offering games and activities, plus take advantage of the on-site playground. CCPHC will host field day-style games throughout the day.
Eat: food trucks will be on-site offering lunch, drinks, and treats - Snow & Roast, Chop's BBQ, and the Stuffed Mushroom.
Learn: organizations will share helpful information and resources within the topics of physical activity, nutrition, healthcare access, safety, mental health, literacy, and more.
Take: pick up goodie items from various booths or maybe even win a raffle item from the health center. This year, we will have even bigger and better items, from kitchen tools and appliances to sports equipment and fitness tracker watches for kids.

Last year, as a member of the Northland Health Alliance (NHA), we asked for your feedback on how easy or difficult it is to be healthy in the Northland. Over 100 people attended community forums and 1,876 filled out our survey – thank you!
By combining your valuable feedback with local health data, NHA created an updated Community Health Assessment (CHA). There is a wealth of information on this interactive dashboard, from downloadable graphs to interesting insights.
From 2026-2028, NHA’s task forces will work to improve access to healthy food, healthcare and mental/behavioral health in the area.

Want to learn more about the data, how everything came together, and ways to utilize it for your own organization? Join the dashboard creators on Thursday, Sept. 11 at 11 a.m. for a virtual tour. Register to get the link to join.
