| Check Your Enrollment Services (YES) & Action Items
Log into Your Enrollment Services (YES) Portal to check your progress on several critical tasks and input your emergency contact information. Note it takes up to four days for changes in YES to appear within the portal. If something is not completed, it may delay your move-in and class registration.

Move-In Day Details
Move-In Day is just a few days away! We are so excited to welcome you to campus. You should have received an email from Housing and Residential Experience, including your room assignment. If you did not receive your assignment, please reach out to housing@vanderbilt.edu.
International undergraduate move-in will take place on August 19, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. CT at The Commons Center. All international first-year students must complete the Pre-Arrival Form and participate in International Student Orientation. Additional instructions regarding move-in will be emailed to you ahead of your arrival. For more information on move-in, visit the Housing and Residential Experience Move-In webpage.
Activate your Mobile Commodore Card prior to your arrival on campus. Instructions for activation are available on the Card Services website.

ISSS SEVIS Check-In Info
After arrival to the U.S. and to Vanderbilt, all incoming international students entering with an Initial or Transfer Pending I-20 or DS-2019 must complete a mandatory SEVIS Check-in. The check-in process is virtual and collects copies of your F-1 or J-1 status documents and the information ISSS needs to report your arrival in SEVIS. You must also complete the SEVIS check-in process prior to completing your I-9 (for on-campus employment), or before applying for a Social Security Number (SSN), driver’s license, or state ID card. Anchored in Our Values Learning Series
As a new student, you are required to complete the Anchored in Our Values Learning Series to assist with making informed choices regarding your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of other students and the larger Vanderbilt community. Information regarding these modules has been sent from @safecolleges.com with the subject line “Mandatory: Anchored in Our Values Learning Series.” The modules will need to be completed by the deadlines issued in the email.

International Student Orientation
The International Student Orientation (ISO) schedule is available! First-year international students are required to participate in a series of sessions designed to support your transition to college and the U.S. ISO will also offer you a chance to settle in and meet new people before the rest of the class arrives. At the conclusion of ISO, you will join your peers and participate in CommonVU Orientation.

CommonVU Orientation
The CommonVU Orientation schedule is now available!
CommonVU Orientation is the required weeklong orientation to The Ingram Commons and Vanderbilt, which takes place immediately prior to the start of classes.

Shipping Packages for Move-In
Packages received August 6-13 will be considered for placement directly in your room.
Packages received August 14-20 will be available for pickup on The Ingram Commons on August 22, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., at your assigned Mail Services tent. To claim packages at the Mail Services, you must present your Mobile Commodore Card credentials.
Packages received after August 20 will be available for pickup at our Main Post Office (Station B) in Rand Hall or the temporary pick-up location at the Student Life Center garage on August 21, August 22, or August 23. Please see your package notification for the pick-up location.
All packages must have the following info:

PMB 35XXXX (X= four-digit PMB number provided in room assignment email)

Nashville, TN 37235-XXXX (X=four-digit PMB number provided in room assignment email)
You will receive an email notification for each package received in your name. The package notification will tell you the date and time received, carrier and tracking #, along with the pick-up location.
Please make every effort to combine items for shipping to campus to limit excessive amounts of packages. More details about shipping packages, including how to identify your PMB number, can be found on the Mail Services webpage.

As you prepare for life on campus, stay connected to important construction and campus infrastructure updates through the Division of Real Estate, Facilities and Development (REFD). Sign up for to receive real-time notifications about construction activity and campus impacts, subscribe to the for bi-weekly project updates, and follow on Instagram for the latest news and reminders. You can also now text "ConstructVU" to 55744 with any feedback or questions about construction on campus.
These resources provide timely information about projects, pedestrian route changes, building access, utility impacts and other campus operations to help you plan ahead throughout the year.
