Lyceum 2022
SAID students placed with a citation (Byron Armacost, B-Arch '22) and a merit (Nicolas Stetkevych, B-Arch '22) this year under Professor Terry Boling's tutelage in the annual Lyceum Competition. Through a unique structure of design competition, jury process, and prize winning travel grants, the Lyceum promotes collaboration, connectivity, and a design dialogue among schools, their students of architecture and the prominent architects who serve as program authors and jurors.
When SAID enters the Lyceum competition, our talented students often place and have even swept the entire competion in the past. Currently, Christine Sima (BArch'20 and M-Arch '21), is travelling throughout Europe on a Lyceum Award from 2020 (delayed due to COVID). We look forward to hearing about Christine's travels! Read a previous SAID student winner Joshua Antolovic's life-changing travel experiences that this competition affords students.
Congrats to Byron and Nicolas!
