Living at North Village
North Village is operated by Sacramento State’s University Housing Services office. North Village offers a variety of amenities within all buildings and in the complex and comes with all-inclusive cable, internet, and utilities. North Village residents will have a Meal Plan to use on campus.
The American River Courtyard (AMC) houses upper-division students in suite-style units. Students can choose from double or single-occupancy bedrooms within a shared suite. Riverview Hall provides single occupancy bedrooms for upper-division students on one side of the building, with shared bathrooms and kitchen spaces on each floor.
Living at Hornet Commons
Hornet Commons is operated by Greystar and University Enterprise, Inc. Hornet Commons is a pet-friendly community offering fully finished private and shared-bedroom apartments. There are plenty of amenities on-site at Hornet Commons: a resort-style pool, community study lounges, a fitness center, and a yoga lawn. In addition, all apartments are equipped with full-size washers and dryers and full-size kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Hornet Commons rates include all utilities; the only additional costs are renter’s insurance and parking.
