Leader to Leader Lecture Series: April & Luke Pruett UC Senate Chamber Hosted by Student Leadership & Involvement
The Leader to Leader lecture series provides opportunities for University of Memphis students to meet and interact with community leaders over a meal. The lectures offer real-life perspectives and open-ended discussions about what it takes to be a leader in the community and/or a specific profession. April and Luke Pruett both grew up in Blytheville, Arkansas, and graduated with their Bachelor’s degrees from Union University in Jackson, TN. Luke graduated in 2015 with his Juris Doctor degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. Since 2015, April and Luke have worked in consultant leadership with City Leadership and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. City Leadership recruits, develops, and catalyzes leaders for Memphis through the Choose901, Choose901: Alumni, Give901, Serve901, and Teach901 Campaigns. Le Bonheur provides world-class health and community care to over 500,000 children a year, regardless of their ability to pay. Luke and April live across the street from the University of Memphis with their three sons, two of whom attend Campus School at the University of Memphis (Go Tigers!). April and Luke love investing in the next generation of Memphis leaders as we try to build a world full of more equity, justice, joy, creative whimsy, and economic flourishing together.

| The Masked Talentee
Korean Pop Culture Association
We are looking for RSO representatives to be in our talent show. On November 15th we are hosting a Masked Talent Show called the Masked Talentee. We would like to have 10 various multicultural organizations participate in the show. What we would ask is if one or more representatives come dressed up, hiding their identity and put on an act or costume to give off clues of what organization they’re representing. The audience will then vote to see which is the best org as well as trying to guess which org is being represented. Down below I have provided the signup genius. Each org will have to put their organization name and email address.
