Alpha Xi Delta will be launching a new Member Portal, a centralized hub for communication, resources, and connections, this summer. We look forward to sharing the new and exciting communication tools that will benefit alumnae and alumnae associations. At National Convention, alumnae association delegates will get a sneak peek into the all-new alumnae association portal. Post Convention, all alumnae associations will receive training on how to use and manage the portal.
As we make this transition to Member Portal, we will be ending our contract with OmegaFi. This means that alumnae will no longer have access to Exclusively Xi and the Resource Center after May 30, 2025. Below are some reminders and resources as we prepare for this transition.
If your alumnae association submitted an annual report, your association’s geographical list of alumnae will be emailed directly to your alumnae association officers in June. Note: Alumnae information requests will not be fulfilled between May 30, 2025 and the launch of the Member Portal.
All alumnae association resources and documents will be sent to you as needed. If you are looking for a resource, please contact Courtney Fluty at cfluty@alphaxidelta.org.
Once launched, all National documents, forms and resources will be uploaded into the Member Portal.
All Alpha Xi Delta member contact information will be transferred to the new Member Portal. Once the Member Portal has launched, instructions will be given to alumnae on how to access their profile and update their contact information.
