Partnerships and Networking
by Freda Deskin

Rotary offers a unique blend of service, networking, and personal growth opportunities, making it a rewarding experience for business leaders who want to make a difference in their communities and beyond.

Rotary offers service opportunities, leadership development, international awareness, and personal and professional growth. The friendships and networking it offers leads to partnerships which contribute to individual and organizational growth and success.

These partnerships give Rotarians access to a diverse pool of resources, skills, knowledge, and expertise that individuals or organizations may not possess on their own. Collaboration with others allows for the exchange of ideas and best practices, enabling each partner to benefit from the collective strengths.

Partnering with other individuals or organizations can create opportunities for growth and expansion. By combining efforts, companies can enter new markets, reach a broader audience, and explore innovative solutions to common challenges. It brings together individuals from different backgrounds and industries, fostering a cross-pollination of ideas. This diversity of perspectives often leads to increased innovation and creativity in problem-solving and product development. READ MORE

August 2023 - Rotary Magazine

Create the club you crave. And don't forget the fun. Two pieces of great advice brought to you by other Rotary clubs in this month's cover story, "Membership makeover." August is Rotary's Membership and New Club Development Month, so we are bringing you inspiring stories from around the Rotary world about our dynamic and diverse membership.

Click here to read the August 2023 issue.

For more inspiration, join the fun at a RYLA academy in Missouri through a photo essay narrated by one of the participants. About 100 high school students came together to discover hidden strengths, learn what it takes to be a leader, and — most of all — make friends. Then, learn how your club or district can plan a RYLA event.

Prefer to listen? Check our podcast for audio versions of the magazine's best storytelling, along with full episodes featuring exclusive bonus interviews. Please subscribe, and, if you enjoy what you hear, give  a positive rating or review.

Rotary Club 29 has an online membership directory which contains current content information for all club members. The link to access the Club 29 directory can be found at the top of  the home page of  okcrotary.club or by clicking  here.
OKC Rotary has provided this tool as a convenience  to help members stay in touch with one another. The online directory,  just like the printed roster, should only be used for Rotary purposes.  If you need help in accessing the directory
, please email the office.
