GIVE FOR WORLD HABITAT DAY
Monday, October 4, 2021, Habitat for Humanity will join our partners around the world to rededicate ourselves to recognizing the basic right of everyone to adequate shelter.
Help us pursue our vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live during the entire month of October. Ramifications of the pandemic brought challenges that thwarted holding the Overall Ball Gala this fall, we are asking our supporters to make a donation online to keep the building on our homes going strong through the winter!

AMERICAN WAREHOUSE FOSTERS THE SPIRIT OF VOLUNTEERISM

It was ditch-digging time for Bob Rumor when he came to our Habitat this month. The executive director of American Wholesale was part of a team of industry leaders who took time out of their 5-day conference in Park City to volunteer.
"At least four of us got a very good night's sleep that night," Rumor joked.
The idea to volunteer in Park City came from their membership, many of whom already have a culture of giving back to their communities.

And we need your help! Come help us build our second home in Silver Creek Village and get the exterior done before the weather gets cold and snowy! Building days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, as well as two Saturdays each month.

Financial Classes
SHE MEANS BUSINESS is five 90-minute live sessions over Zoom geared toward women, their perspectives and experiences with money. 

Whether you handle personal finances yourself or with someone, getting comfortable with and educated about money can mean the difference between owning a home or paying more and more in rent.

Financial experts from around Summit County share their industry expertise woman-to-woman. Classes are Wednesday nights, October 20 & 27, and November 3, 10 & 17 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Space is limited to 12 students. Registration is free and ends October 15.
