The Tennessee Kidney Foundation is excited to announce that the At Your Pace Kidney Race will kick off on November 24, 2021 with a two-week Virtual Steps Challenge and culminate in an in-person 1-mile Walk Event at Centennial Park on Saturday, December 4th!

The At Your Pace Kidney Race helps TKF shine a light on kidney health, and serves as a welcoming event for kidney patients, their families, living donors, transplant recipients, and others in the community who have a passion for kidney health.

In 2020, TKF transitioned to a completely virtual event where over 250 people joined us by logging their steps and sharing their journey on social media! We loved getting to see people join us near and far to raise awareness and raise over $45,000 for TKF programs!
This year, we're meshing our long-loved in-person Walk Event with the Virtual Steps Challenge to come together to shine a light on kidney disease! Your $10 registration includes both the Virtual Steps Challenge and the 1-mile Walk at Centennial Park, as well as an event t-shirt. Whether you can only participate virtually or are excited to join us on December 4th, we can't do this without YOUR help!

When registering your Walk Team, you also have the option to launch a Fundraising Team! We love to see how our friends creatively raise money for TKF. From lemonade stands to hair-shaving incentives, friends of TKF put the FUN in fundraising! We can't wait to see how our community comes together this year.
