Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging, Equity, and Access @ Wagner // May 2024
| |
This is the final Inclusion, Diversity, Belonging, Equity, and Access (IDBEA) newsletter of the 2023-24 academic year, and we are grateful for the abundance of celebrations and recognitions to come. May marks the start of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, June celebrates LGBTQ+ Pride Month, and July honors Disability Pride Month.
On Sunday, June 30, the NYC Pride March will take place to commemorate the 1969 Stonewall uprising. Information on how students can participate with NYU at Pride will be available soon.
Thank you for a wonderful academic year of honoring IDBEA at Wagner. This newsletter will return in September 2024, and in the meantime, please feel free to contact us at wagner.activities@nyu.edu with any questions or share a story of someone who is making a difference in the Wagner community
