Designing Writing Assignments for Maximum Learning

| Last call to join Marcus Meade at CAFE and online on October 23rd from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM for a hybrid workshop on creating effective writing assignments!
Writing projects are not just opportunities for students to perform competence. They're also sites of learning that allow students to practice skills and habits of mind associated with course outcomes. This workshop will focus on developing writing assignments as sites of learning and center principles of good writing pedagogy to help make assignment design more effective and efficient for faculty.
