We will kick off the week with a lunch for graduate students on April 7. Please register to join us, I would love to see you there. Events for the week include the grand finale of Empower Your Pitch to be held on April 9. You are invited to come and hear about the exciting research being done by fellow graduate students and postdocs. We are also hosting a T-Shirt Design Contest where your design can be the new Graduate School t-shirt that is given out at orientation and other graduate events. More information about these events and other great opportunities can be found below. Stay tuned for more details on Graduate & Professional Student Appreciation week.
The voice of graduate students is important, and I want to hear from you. We recently launched the gradSERU survey. Please take the time to complete it. Your responses are used to shape programs, policies and practices.
Please share your ideas about additional information you would like to see in future newsletters at graduateschool@austin.utexas.edu. I look forward to welcoming you at a Graduate School event soon!
