Poster Assignments

Poster assignments were sent in late August but some individuals seem to have not received their assignment.

Please review the searchable poster assignment document to determine your poster session by the poster number.

Poster numbers work in the following way:

Session - Theme - Board Number (ex 1-A-1)

Poster Session 1 - Friday October 18, 1:15pm- 2:30pm

Poster Session 2 - Friday October 18, 5:45pm - 7:00pm

Poster Session 3 - Saturday October 19, 1:15pm - 2:30pm

Poster Session 4 - Saturday October 19, 5:45pm - 7:00pm

Conference Registration

If you have not yet registered for the conference, register before the regular registration deadline, 23:59pm Central Daylight Time September 26, 2019.

Note all presenters must be registered to access the poster hall and conference sessions.

Hotel Bookings

The hotel for the CDS meeting is the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, KY. Preferred rates have been established for CDS delegates. There are limited number of rooms remaining so book soon to confirm your room!

Hotel bookings can be made until September 15 or until the room block is sold out.

Please note, very few rooms are left available for Wednesday October 16th.
