Experience Vanderbilt: Experience Vanderbilt (EV) is a student-led, university-supported initiative that provides undergraduate students who qualify for need-based financial aid with funding for extracurricular activities that have fees. Diverse 'Dores Day: SAVE THE DATE: September 13 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | The Rand Wall and Participating Offices Join Student Affairs and the Identity Centers for Diverse ’Dores Day 2024. Transfer Student Orientation: Transfer Student Orientation (TSO) is the required orientation for incoming transfer students, and it takes place immediately before the start of classes. TSO is designed to offer you a robust introduction to life at Vanderbilt, including informational sessions and small-group discussions to help you navigate your academic program, campus resources, extracurricular activities, and student life on Vanderbilt’s campus. Through TSO, you will also have the opportunity to connect with Transfer Student Leaders (TSLs), juniors and seniors who transferred to Vanderbilt themselves, and other incoming transfer students. You will also interact with faculty, staff, and campus resource partners. Together, you will begin to discover the personal, academic, intellectual, and social opportunities of life at Vanderbilt. The 2024 schedule will be available online by August 1.

Shipping Packages for Move-In: Mail Services processes all incoming mail and packages for students during Move-In Weekend. Please make every effort to combine items for shipping to campus to limit excessive amounts of packages.
Please do not ship packages prior to August 2. Packages will be ready for pickup at the Student Life Center Garage temporary location (adjoins Branscomb just off Vanderbilt Place) or at the Station B Post Office (Rand Hall) beginning on your move-in date (Friday, August 16). You will receive an email package notification for each package received, with instructions on the pick-up location.
Please check each package carefully inside your room. If you receive a package that does not belong to you, please bring it to one of the mail/package centers as soon as possible. More details about shipping packages can be found online.
