The end of the school year is in sight! We are hopeful that as fall approaches, everyone will see a return to a more normal, in-person school year. The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation has already begun thinking about what teachers will need next school year and how we can best serve these needs. END-OF-THE-YEAR LEARNING
ACTIVITY FOR STUDENTS
Our interactive virtual programs make a fun and educational end-of-the-year activity for your students or a great review before testing. For Title I schools and those qualifying for 50% or greater free and reduced lunch, a limited number of free, donor-funded sessions are available. To determine if your schools qualify, contact our Outreach Education Manager at annemarie.baker@jyf.virginia.gov.

In an effort to assist teachers who continue to teach over the summer, the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation will continue to offer all of our virtual programs. We can help you bring your students up to speed on early American history in a fun, interactive way. Perfect for summer learning or learning any time. HISTORY CAMPS
BACK IN SESSION FOR SUMMER
Summer history camps return safely in June and July at Jamestown Settlement and the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown with enhanced protective measures during two- and three-day on-site educational programs for children age 4 to those who have just completed 3rd grade, offering interactive learning opportunities with crafts and activities designed to inspire engagement with early American history. YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Do you want to help your high school students hone their citizenship skills? You may be interested in our Agents of Change Youth Leadership Conference scheduled on November 11-14, 2021. This four-day program is an exciting opportunity to link students to the past and to inspire them to be “Leaders of Change.” Stay tuned for details available in June.
