Update Your Marketing Materials - New Logo and Address

As a reminder, we officially changed our address and logo as of September 1. See details in yesterday’s eNews. Here's what you need to do to make sure you have the most up-to-date materials to market Minnesota Housing programs: 

  • Recycle any existing marketing materials, promotional items, forms or resources that have our old logo or address. 
  • If you created your own marketing materials with our old logo or address, please update those with our updated information. Download our new logos on the Marketing page. Contact our Communications Team for approval on any materials you create. 
  • If you're using custom marketing materials created by our Communications Team, please reach out to request updated versions. 
  • Update any references to our address or logo on your website, as needed.

Updated Seller Affidavit
Please note that the notary sections of the Start Up Property Seller Affidavit and the MCC Property Seller Affidavit are no longer fillable. The notary section must be completed by the notary. All other forms with notary sections remain fillable.
