N/NE COMMUNITY OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

The Community Oversight Committee is a community-based group formed to oversee the Portland Housing Bureau's work to increase housing opportunity and address displacement in North and Northeast Portland. (Click here for a list of committee members). 
The committee meets every other month to hear progress updates on the N/NE Neighborhood Housing Strategy
These meetings are open to the public.

This month, join us to hear about next steps for the Preference Policy, get updates from the Grant Warehouse development team as they prepare for their open house/community forum to review designs, and learn about the upcoming community process for new affordable housing funds housing in the Insterstate Corridor Urban Renewal Area — and welcome new Committee member Chris Guinn of Dwell Realty. The last 30 minutes of the meeting are reserved for public comment and questions on any of this month's agenda items. If you have questions or comments about any issues that are not on this month's agenda, we encourage you to contact us directly by phone at 503-823-1190 or by email at NNEstrategy@portlandoregon.gov. Comment cards will also be available at the meeting.
Beginning this month, Oversight Committee meetings will be filmed by Portland Community Media and broadcast on Channel 30. If you are unable to attend the March 10 meeting, be sure to watch it when it airs on the following dates:
Monday, March 14 at 4:00 pm
Tuesday, March 22 at 7:00 pm 
Friday, March 25 at 11:30 am
