As the United States now exceeds 165 million COVID-19 vaccine doses administered, we invite our DRC leadership program participants to join us for a special opportunity to connect with best-selling author Walter Isaacson, as he discusses his newly released book, The Code Breaker: Jennifer Doudna, Gene Editing, and the Future of the Human Race.
Isaacson will discuss how gene editing will allow us to improve the human species with interviewer Talmage Boston, Partner at Shackelford, Bowen, McKinley & Norton LLP.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect and build your network with fellow DRC leadership program leaders.

Economic mobility is a new curriculum topic introduced this year to the LD Class of '21. The committee introduced the topic with the theme “Economic Mobility in Dallas and How it Impacts Us All.” Peter Brodsky, LD’10, joined the class to speak about the current economic mobility landscape in Dallas and how his LD experience was a springboard for the transformational work he is doing in Southern Dallas County. As the owner of Reimagine RedBird, Peter is bringing much needed and wanted amenities, investment, and jobs to the Southern Dallas County Community.
