We are excited to welcome you back to campus for a weekend of celebration! Homecoming Weekend is happening from October 16–17, 2026. We look forward to welcoming alumni, families, current students and friends back to campus. 

We invite Iona University's Diamond (Class of 1966) and Golden (Class of 1976) Jubilarian Reunions to join us for our upcoming reunions! We are excited to offer several opportunities throughout the weekend for our reunion classes to gather together, as well as special events for our Golden Gaels (alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago). 

All reunion events are complimentary and all Golden Gaels are invited to attend.

Iona Baseball’s soon-to-be renovated home field will be named in honor of the record-setting head coach who led the Gaels for 18 seasons

Laurie Rebholz '99MBA recently joined Citizens Bank as the Head of Talent, following a nearly 23-year career at Citi where she held various Learning & Development roles.

Michael Zanga '89, '93MBA is a technology executive that has over a decade of experience building and evolving IT management strategies for a leading provider, consistently producing results by effectively combining technical expertise with strong business management skills.

Iona offers a variety of MBA concentrations and advanced certificates, which will specialize your business knowledge and skills to help you succeed.  We recently launched a new concentration in Business Development and new certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Business.

Iona University is pleased to announce that Alfred F. Kelly Jr. ’80, ’81MBA, ’19H, retired executive chairman and chief executive officer of Visa, has been elected chair of the Iona Board of Trustees, effective July 1, 2026. 

Kathleen Davidson '77, BA, '79 MS, is happily retired from 40 + years of working in New York and Connecticut schools as a Speech/Language Pathologist. In 2024 she published a children's book "Chow on the Move", which can be found on Amazon. It is a memory of her and her husband's moms and their "Grand doggie". She now has the leisure time to plan a sequel.

Liz Irving '88, Barbara Szot-Arman '89, Michaela Dean Huelbig '88, Deanna L. Rich Huelbig '84, Mike Arman '88, and Steve Lengyel '89 recently traveled through Portugal together, showing how no matter where life takes them, Gaels always find a way to stay connected.
