You may have seen Brooks College of Health alumnae Ariana Ross and Perri Truster out in the community or on the sidelines during the games as members of THE ROAR of the Jaguars.

These kinesiology majors didn’t start out at UNF – Ross was at FSCJ and Truster was a Seminole – but the pandemic shifted their priorities. When they heard about the great reputation of the UNF exercise science program, Ross started taking classes virtually while Truster waited until classes returned in person, but they both crossed the graduation stage as Ospreys. Join fellow Ospreys from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. outside of EverBank Stadium on the Flex Field Lawn (same location as the past few years) before the Jaguars host the Colts. There will be free co-branded T-shirts, music, exclusive Jaguars giveaways, tailgate games and delicious local food and beverages. Join the UNF Alumni Association for a day of service in honor of UNF’s birthday!

Alumni, family, friends, and students are welcome to volunteer with various service projects throughout the university.

Dittmore previously served as dean and professor of the College of Education and Health Sciences at Baldwin Wallace University, where he provided strategic leadership to a newly formed college with eight academic departments.
