2nd Annual Family Resource Fair

All students with children are invited to the 2nd Annual Family Resource Fair, Saturday, September 21st, 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. at the Student Activities Plaza! We will have snacks, activities, information about campus, and a chance to win valuable prizes! Children and families are welcome to attend. More information is available on TigerZone. Sponsored in part by a grant from the Campus Community Fund.


2019 Fogelman College of Business & Economics FALL FEST

See what a degree in business will get you and meet FCBE, the largest and coolest College on campus. You can visit each department quickly, vote for your best table and then have lunch - on us (while supplies last). Our new dean—Damon Fleming—will have a town hall meeting from 11am to 11:30 am. Stop by and let's have some fun!

Fall Career Fair

The UofM Fall Career Fair will be Wednesday, September 25th from 1-4PM in the University Center Ballroom!. As the largest campus-wide, all majors career fair, students and alumni can meet and connect with recruiters from major organizations to explore full-time career and internship opportunities. Business Professional Attire required for admission.

Fall Career Development Workshop

Workshop will focus on helping students identify their strengths and weakness and how they interact with others in the workplace. The goal of the workshop is to help graduate students who are not seeking a faculty appointment be successful on the job market.

Lip Sync Battle Night

10.5.2019 | 9 AM - 5 PM | UofM Art Museum
Co-organized by The Benjamin L. Hooks Institute for Social Change and the Art Museum of the University of Memphis.
Join Collegiate Women Alliance at a night of fun competition, a lip sync battle! Individuals and Teams will battle each other with a song of their choice. At the end of each battle, the audience will be the judge of the winner, by a round of applause. Admission Fee Items: Pads, tampons, feminine wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, wipes, tissue, face towels, bath towels, mouthwash, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lip bombs, lipsticks, hair ties, wigs, nail polish, hair bows, diapers, shoes (kids and adults), socks, blankets, jackets, and coats! Bring one of the items from this list above to get in! Items do NOT have to be expensive brands. All admission items will be donated to a local women's shelter. If you would like to be a Lip Sync Battler and/or for more information email tagibbs@memphis.edu. We can't wait to see you there!
