Revised FERPA Training Content for TAs and AIs
Beginning this month, teaching assistants and assistant instructors with active teaching assignments are required to complete FERPA training every two years. If you have already taken the training in the last two years, no action is needed. If you are required to complete the training, you will be notified via email. Feb. 10 - April 27: Q/F drop period. April 10: Last day to apply for a graduate degree. Last day for new doctoral candidates to change registration to dissertation. Last day a doctoral candidate may hold a dissertation defense for Spring 2026. April 24: Last day to submit final paperwork to the Graduate School for graduation.
