Complete the Pre-Advising Academic Survey

Dear newest Notre Dame students,

The team of First Year Advisors are preparing for the summer advising season and looking forward to connecting with you soon.

In order to provide you with the best guidance and information related to your intended major, we ask that you please take a moment now to complete the Pre-Advising Academic Survey. This survey must be completed before May 21, 2024. 

Even if you are not completely confident on your intended major, your response will help us to provide you with the guidance you need to register for courses here at the University of Notre Dame. Learn more about this process by watching the video below.

"What do you want to major in?"

The survey above asks about your academic interests and needs. And, one of the questions is, "What do you want to major in?"

This may seem daunting. "How am I supposed to pick a major? I'm just starting out. I'm not even in college yet."
