Millions of people across the United States dedicate the new year to writing down resolutions. For some, this means improving health and finances or engaging in more personal or professional development. Whether you are someone who sets and sticks to resolutions or prefers to go with the flow, we encourage you to continue making diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) a top priority in the workplace. DEI is constantly evolving and numerous employers are re-examining their approach and its organizational impact. Broadening the definition of diversity and inclusion, investing into communities of color, and reassessing hiring and onboarding practices are just some of the ways companies can dive deeper in 2022. We look forward to continuing strengthening our DEI efforts through our various programs like Say Hey! and Breakfast for Champions. If you are not a member yet, consider becoming one to access educational and networking opportunities to assist in starting or furthering your DEI goals. Lets commit to a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive new year for all!
