STUDENT ORGANIZATION END OF SEMESTER REMINDERS

April 8, 2025

Hello Student Leaders!

Here are some important deadline reminders as we approach the end of the semester.

Last Day to Reserve Space & Make Purchases
All student organization space reservations in ReserveTufts and JumboLife event registration forms need to be submitted prior to 4pm on April 11th. Student organizations will lose access to the system after this deadline.

All TCU Treasury Credit Card Authorization forms are due on April 11th before 4:30pm. All other TCU Treasury/Campus Life Financial Office forms must be submitted by April 29th before 4:30pm.

Last Day to Host Events
The final day for student organizations to host events or meetings is the make-up day, April 29th. Student organizations are not permitted to host any events, in-person or remote, during reading days or final exams. Programming during Senior Week is only permitted for the Tufts University Social Collective.

Green Dot Day: A Message from Your TCU Senate President
Hello student leaders!

As Green Dot Day approaches on April 11th, we want to thank your club for participating in TCU-led bystander intervention training this past semester and invite you to join us in a visible show of support for a safer campus community.

As a token of appreciation and solidarity, we’d love for your club to sign a Green Do with your club's name—a symbolic gesture recognizing your commitment to preventing power-based personal violence at Tufts.

Here’s how to participate:

Stop by the CARE office (Campus Center, 3rd floor) on April 10th to sign your club’s name on a Green Dot sign. You can come as a group or send just one representative
If your club can’t make it that day, no worries—we’re happy to write your club’s name on the sign, and you can sign it in person on the Prez Lawn on April 11th.

You can find the full Green Dot Day schedule here—all events are open to everyone, and we’d love to see your club members there throughout the day!

Thanks again for being part of a culture that steps up and looks out for one another. Let’s fill the campus with green!

Green Dot Day Schedule

2025-2026 Student Leadership Transition via JumboLife
On April 22nd, all student organizations will be put into transition on JumboLife. This will allow student leaders to complete the transition form and update admin access for next year's officers.

When completing the transition form, please input the contact information and roster for next year's officers. Do not complete the transition form until next year's executive board has been selected. In order to receive TCU funding and remain in good standing with OCL, organizations must complete their transition form by August 15th.
