Campus leaders and GTHR will be communicating over the coming months about policy updates and resources to support people leaders through this shift.

Q12 Survey Microlearning Sessions |
As Georgia Tech leadership has promised, we're analyzing feedback from the recent Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey in bite-size pieces we're calling "microlearning sessions."
This time, we're taking a closer look at Q00: How satisfied are you with your organization as a place to work?
This indicator was one of the better-scoring, with a mean score of 3.87 out of 5 across nearly 4,600 respondents, and it underscores the significance of job satisfaction as a strategic driver of engagement, performance, and organizational success.
To view a presentation and audio of Q12’s insight into Georgia Tech employee job satisfaction, what better work satisfaction can mean for an organization, and helpful tips for Georgia Tech leaders, click the button below.
