Office hours, Calendar Submission, Payment & Provider Agreements
Monthly Information Sessions Hosted by DPP

As the Local Coordinating Organization (LCO), Denver Preschool Program (DPP) holds monthly information sessions for Colorado Universal Preschool providers at noon on the second Thursday of each month.
This month's session will include information on supplemental hours, provider agreement and payments for 2025/2026

2025/26 Calendar Submission : Deadline September 15th! |
All providers are to submit their official Universal Preschool Calendar for the 2025-26 school year. As mentioned in the provider agreement under reporting requirements, annual calendars are going to be requested as a reported document moving forward in each school year. The purpose of this submission includes the following:

- Verification of weekly hours provided to families

Verification of annual hourly requirements for UPK
- Clearly define which hours of service are not allowable to charge families, and, concurrently, delineate the permissible hours.
- Resource for the CCCAP team to reference for stacking funding.

Provider Office Hours with CDEC |
The Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) will host standing office hours to support Colorado UPK providers. Office hours will be held on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 PM-7:00 PM.

- Review the Four-Year-old Preschool Services Funding and Payments (25-26) Operation Memo for information on funding and payments.

Providers must be licensed by CDEC to deliver program services to eligible children and must have a signed Universal Preschool provider agreement with CDEC.
- CDEC will not make provider payments for services provided before the agreement is executed.
- Providers must enroll eligible children in their preschool program to qualify as participating providers.

Providers must complete an enrollment form and have children enrolled via the Application Portal to be eligible for payment.

Provider Agreements for 25/26 |
If you haven’t already please submit your 2025-26 Colorado Universal Preschool Program - Provider Interest Form. This form will guide providers through questions that will determine their Colorado Secretary of State registration requirements, insurance requirements, and will act as the system of record for affirmation of acceptance of the terms of the agreement.

- The submission of this Google form is required for all providers, and will capture all of the items required for contract execution.

DPP's 2025-26 application is now available! Denver families can apply for both UPK Colorado and DPP tuition credits with participating providers! DPP credits are available to all Denver families with a 4-year-old in a participating preschool, regardless of income.
