In the wake of the conflict occurring between Israel and Iran, please know that there are numerous resources available to support you during this time. If you are directly impacted by the conflict, including the need to support loved ones back home, please contact the Dean of Students Office by calling (916) 278-6060 or emailing deanofstudents@csus.edu. The Dean of Students Office regularly supports students experiencing situations that may interrupt their academic performance and campus life. Regular hours are Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Students in need of emotional support can contact Counseling Services at (916) 278-6461. The team offers individual, group, and after-hours crisis counseling.
The CARES team provides support to students who are in crisis or experiencing unique challenges to their education. The team coordinates referrals to campus and community resources and offers follow-up support to address a variety of issues. The CARES office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Case Managers meet primarily by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please view the Make an Appointment Instructions.
