If you live in California and you are "blind, deaf, hard of hearing, or disabled" and you use the services of a trained guide, signal, or service dog you could receive $50 per month through this program to help with the care of your dog.

Staff Spotlight on KC Frain
KC has been with us a little bit more than a year handling mostly receptionist duties. But before joining us as a regular employee she was, and is, a respite care provider for her brothers. Now KC is in her second trimester of "growing a tiny human," as she says. We interrupted her to ask a few questions.

In-Person or Online
RFENC now offers most of our trainings simultaneously via webinar and in-person. So if you'd like to attend, but cannot make it to our physical building, just register online and join us remotely! On the other hand, if you can make it in-person you may find the face-to-face training and interactions more gratifying.
Also, remember to check our online events calendar periodically to see if we've added trainings. The list above is not necessarily all that we'll be offering this month. Our calendar also lists support groups, play groups, ASL classes, etc. so check it out.
