The National Association of Counties (NACo) will be hosting a free webinar on December 8th from 2:00pm - 3:15pm with the Vera Institute of Justice to discuss the increase in women's incarceration and ways counties can reverse that trend.  To learn more and to register, click here.  On December 1st from 2:00pm - 3:15pm, NACo will host an interactive webinar entitled, "Energizing Counties: Strategies and Tools to Improve Your County's Energy Efficiency".  To learn more and to register for this free webinar, click here.  
This Thursday, November 3rd, the Juvenile Justice Realignment Act Task Force will convene at Legislative Plaze at 1:00pm.  The meeting will hear from the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the UT Health Science Center, and dicuss recommendations which could be forthcoming from the task force.  The meeting will be streamed live and can be viewed by clicking here.  


CTAS is offering several training classes around the state in the months of August and September.  Below is a schedule of classes offered and their locations.  ALL classes are from 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. local time.  Contact the CTAS Training Department to register for these classes or for more information.
