November 2020
Hi Friend
We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy. 2020 has been an unpredictable year that we would not have survived without the support of hundreds of individuals, businesses, and charitable foundations. So, from the bottom of our hearts, Thank You.

Because of supporters like you we have been able to adapt, pivot, and respond to the effects COVID is having on our communities. It has been a remarkable year in many ways. View our Annual Report, to see the impact our programs have had this year.

Young Professional Group Cleanup
Thanks to all the young professional group volunteers who helped clean up around Findlay Market in November! The 10 of us were able to collect over eight bags of trash while keeping safe and social distance. Special thanks to Essen Kitchen who gave us free cookies! What a fun day. ADOPT-A-SPOT

Just because we are stuck at home doesn't mean we can't stay connected to one another by helping to make our community a better place. This year, more and more Cincinnatians have been cleaning up their neighborhoods through Adopt-A-Spot!
Become a Spot Captain and commit to cleaning a designated area at least once a month either solo or with a safe, small group of people.

ILLEGAL DUMPING THREATENS WILDLIFE

Not only does illegal dumping negatively impact the health of our communities but it also harms the environment. This month our cameras captured photos of an adorable groundhog family and then moments later a pair of polluters dumping old mattresses, furniture, and other trash.
If you see illegal dumping and want to report it, you can share information through the Hamilton County Environmental Crime Task Force Citizen Tip Form.  If you would like to report an illegal dumpsite to the City of Cincinnati, you can visit www.5916000.com or download the Fix It Cincy App.
