Tips from Counseling & Psychological Services

Stress – we all have it, but how well do we manage it? Stress left unmanaged can have consequences for our mental health and our physical health. It can affect academic performance, relationships, and our day-to-day activities. Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides this helpful video to show how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress to watch out for and practical steps to better manage stress. You also have access to Uwill- a Mental Health and Wellness Service.

March 11, 5 p.m. - Chapel of the Immaculate Conception. All members of our Seton Hall University Family are welcomed and invited to join us in prayerful remembrance of Aaron Karol, John Giunta, and Frank Caltabilota Jr., who were lost in the tragic Boland Hall Fire twenty-four years ago. Our remembrance will begin with a Mass in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony at the “Remember” Memorial in the main square in front of Boland Hall.
