Happy Fall!
The '68 Center for Career Exploration is here to support students' aspirations, whether a life-changing internship, dream post-graduate job, or exceptional graduate program.  Here are seven easy ways students can engage with us: 1. Learn how to leverage Handshake. 2. Empower students with EphLink. 3. Explore @ephcareers & @ephalumn on Instagram. 4. Sample the six Career Communities. 5. Access an advising appointment (on Handshake). 6. Evaluate our fall events. 7. Investigate internships for Winter Study or summer. This year we are also offering virtual Internship/job Meetups to connect students with liberal arts-loving recruiters across a wide range of industries. Wherever students are in their career exploration process, we are here to help. First-Years and first-timers are especially encouraged to begin linking their learning to life by working with us to create a Career Action Plan. All the very best for a safe, healthy, and Williams engaged year ahead!  -- Don Kjelleren, Executive Director

NEWS & UPDATES
Students & Recent Alumni Fully Engaged
'68 Center Career Educators provide individualized advising appointments for students and recent alumni, and we're thrilled to see students engaging early and often in both virtual and in-person meetings. Since August 15 when the first students arrived on campus for the fall semester, we've completed 482 advising appointments! We provided a full introduction to career exploration during First Days, meeting excited class of 2025 students and their parents, and more than 70% of first years have already engaged digitally with the '68 Center. We are so excited to support this new class of Ephs in their journey at Williams and beyond!
We have also launched a new series of learning modules for students and alumni through EphLink, called "Career Action Plans." These are step-by-step instructional guides to help users learn the essential "how to's" of career exploration. Recent launches include, "How to Make Your College Resume," "Getting Started with EphLink and Mentorship," and "Making Your Handshake Profile." Additionally, we'll launch the "Pre-Health Primer," "Writing Cover Letters," and "How to Start Career Exploration" Career Action Plans in October. Students are encouraged to use this new resource anytime, anywhere!

The ‘68 Center is pleased to continue to provide a full suite of virtual recruiting events, as well as introducing students to a broader range of ever expanding employers!
