Mental Health Tip
The beginning of the year brings many new experiences, along with feelings of excitement, anxiety, and stress. Remember to prioritize your mental health in this time of transition. Strategies like getting a healthy amount of sleep and setting aside time in your schedule for self care can help you maintain your mental well-being for a healthy semester.

Housing and Residence Life Welcomes You to Campus

It’s move-in week and we can feel the excitement in the air! You are probably thrilled to finally be on campus and to start (or continue) your college experience, but you may be wondering, what should I do after I move in? Here are a few recommendations from Housing and Residence Life:
  • Get to know your roommate (if you have one).
  • Reconfigure your room to your (and your roommate’s) liking — If you need some inspiration, check out our Lofting Instructions!
  • Get to know your Residential Advisor (RA) and Living Center Director (LCD). Get to know your community and follow them on social media!
  • If you're not already, become familiar with our campus by taking a walk around.
