There will be plenty of social and gaming activities, as well as music, free drinks and snacks, and giveaways! To round it out, we'll have a quick info session and couch gaming. Whether it's a console, gaming rig, or even a couch, we want you to bring your equipment to our event! (We also have a need for audio and lighting equipment, more details in form) We have power strips, high speed internet, and a place for you to get comfortable. Join Collegiate Women Alliance at a night of fun competition, a lip sync battle! Individuals and Teams will battle each other with a song of their choice. At the end of each battle, the audience will be the judge of the winner, by a round of applause. Admission Fee Items: Pads, tampons, feminine wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, wipes, tissue, face towels, bath towels, mouthwash, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lip bombs, lipsticks, hair ties, wigs, nail polish, hair bows, diapers, shoes (kids and adults), socks, blankets, jackets, and coats! Bring one of the items from this list above to get in! Items do NOT have to be expensive brands. All admission items will be donated to a local women's shelter. If you would like to be a Lip Sync Battler and/or for more information email tagibbs@memphis.edu. We can't wait to see you there!

Your Experience Counts for College CreditBelieving that rigorous professional and/or personal development often occurs in settings outside the traditional classroom, the University of Memphis grants Experiential Learning Credit (ELC) to students who demonstrate the academic merit of such experiences. Experiential learning is learning by doing. What is ELC? Experiential Learning Credit is a highly individualized process that offers adult and non-traditional students the unique opportunity to petition for college credit for the knowledge, training, and skills they previously learned through a broad range of experiences outside of the traditional academic setting.

Disability Resources for Students: registering and volunteer opportunities
Students with disabilities are encouraged to connect with Disability Resources for Students and discuss academic accommodations campus access. DRS works with students with varieties of disabilities, including chronic health issues like diabetes and lupus, sensory issues like low vision and low hearing, psychological disabilities like depression and anxiety, mobility issues like cerebral palsy and those who use wheelchairs or scooters. We also serve our largest population: students with ADHD and those with learning disabilities. To start that process, students can visit our official UofM DRS webpage and click on DRS Online to complete a Student Information Form and upload any documentation they may have. In addition to registering with our office, students can volunteer to serve as peer note takers for our students approved for that accommodation. Note takers serve in a voluntary capacity but can earn service hours, scholarship hours, Honors College hours, and more.

Conversation Partners for IEI Students The Intensive English for Internationals Conversation Partner Program is a great way for international students to practice their English, make friends, and experience the USA at a deeper level than their classes can provide. It is also a great way for U of M students to make friends and get to know people from other cultures. Healthy Teaching KitchenThe Healthy Teaching Kitchen (HTK) is an affordable and nutritious food option available to the campus community. The HTK serves a smoothie and main dish item every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am-12:00pm during the semester. Each week, different nutrients are highlighted with the corresponding food that is served. The location of the HTK can range from being inside or outside the Field House, outside the University Center (UC), or out in the TIGUrS Urban Garden.
