They Key Competencies Needed to Excel as a Georgia Tech Leader |
As we navigate the self-assessment period, we encourage you to revisit the Georgia Tech Leader Competency Model which provides a structured framework for defining and developing behaviors that have the greatest impact on the Institute’s mission, vision, and goals. Each of the competencies is comprised of five dimensions that provide greater detail and specificity for each competency.
As a leader, you will be evaluated on how you achieved your 2023 Leader Competency Goals in early 2024 providing an opportunity to identify progress thus far and areas of improvement.
Visit our Leader Competency Model web page and access explainer videos, a detailed list of LinkedIn Learning self-paced courses, and a personalized learning roadmap to guide you through the model.
