India's New Travel Guidelines:

All foreign arrivals must fill out a self-declaration form online including a travel history of the past 14 days.
If you received both your vaccines from a vaccination program accepted by the Indian government, a RT-PCR test is not needed.
Travelers who don't fall into the above category must upload a negative RT-PCR test that was conducted within 72 hours of their travel date.
