To our campus community,

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), COVID-19 levels in Cuyahoga County have dropped to a “low” level. 

In keeping with CDC guidelines and our campus protocols, effective Monday, July 11, masks are optional on campus.

As a reminder, when Cuyahoga County COVID cases are:

High: Masks are required in all indoor spaces on campus

Medium: Masks are required in classrooms and labs, and recommended in all other indoor spaces 

Low: Masks are optional, and members of the community should do what is best for them, while supporting the choices of others.
